Welcome

2025 ~ I believe we are all placed on this earth to help one another. It is our reason for being here. Everything on earth is connected, the plants, the waterways, the air that we breathe, the predator, the prey.. all of it. 

Nature, Mother Earth  is a complex and perfectly designed system. She is a gift that when challenged has risen to the occasion, but even a system that is perfect in design will succumb when abused enough. 

I’ve always known my purpose is to listen. We all have a purpose. Until recently that’s what I’ve done and will continue to do, however I am also aware of the importance and impact of speaking up, being a voice, sharing, learning. 

I have, and will always advocate and be a voice where it is needed… humans, wildlife, domestic animals, the oceans, the land.. all of it. 

I resonate with certain animals and places on earth..as I’m sure you do too. Gift me with a redwood or pine forest, salty sea air, the smell of cedar, raptors and wolves and I’m a happy camper. All those things need you!!! They need protection and a voice!! They need respect. Now, not later. 

Life is about balance. Health is about balance. This is true of all living things. The health of the forest, the prairies, the oceans. Tipping the scales one way or another eventually takes a toll on an ecosystem and the stability suffers. Giant redwoods, home to the tiniest insects, the insects that sustain birds and reptiles. The smaller animals that are prey to those larger. This perfect design, this hierarchy of nature eventually reaches the apex predator. All connected and woven together giving strength to the whole. 

My goal, my hope with writing and sharing with you is that we can all learn from one another, whether that be how to add enrichment, vitality, and adventure to our pets’ lives or learning about our wildlife that need a voice and support.  We are all students and teachers at any given moment. Awareness is key! 

This blog will most likely take the form of a wildly colorful patchwork quilt. Bits and pieces of randomness woven together with intention. Evoking feeling and thought through expression.
